Birthday Party Decor

Welcome to the Party~
The party favors...chocolate and pink (white chocolate) lollipops
I purchased the mold at Michael's. These are so easy to
make...melt the chocolate, pour in mold, and allow to dry. They popped right out ~I bagged them and added a bow {of course!}.
The Invitation...I adore these. I purchased these over at
She was so easy to work with and designed it, perfectly.
Go over and check out her website.
I found her website at the Tip Junkie's Mom-preneurs' shop.
My mom picked up the giraffes at Wal-Mart and I added the ribbon.

The Cake~It was so pretty! I loved the 'G' and the chocolate '1'. The top tier was chocolate and the bottom was white with strawberry filling.

The Menu~Mini Quiches, chocolate covered strawberries, cheese and crackers and strawberry cookies. I served punch, pink lemonade and iced tea.
The Flowers~I just picked up a few flowers at a flower shop and added the 'G' embellishment. I made most of the decorations with scrapbook paper, ribbon and my cricut machine.
The Birthday Girl's Chair~I found this boa and had to have it! I tapped it on and added the sign. I cut the letters on my criut machine and glittered the '1', added the bow and some flowers.

Georgia-Kate's Cake~She ate a little...but mostly played the icing.
She preferred the quiche!
The "Happy Birthday" Sign~ I couldn't really get a good
photo of the sign. I made a simple banner with her monogram,
to match the invitation.

Waiting on the guests!
Opening Presents.

Benjamin and JP.

Allen and the birthday girl.

Georgia-Kate and I.
I had to sit down.
I was so tired!~after staying up until 2am~finishing the decor and food....
A girl only has one "First Birthday" party, right?!

I hope you enjoyed the party!

Honestly dude, you have got one hardcore obsession with bows. When giraffe figurines start getting tied up we have gone way too far.

What an amazing party! The decorations are absolutely divine. I wish you lived closer because I need some serious help on the Cricut. I'm having a hard time getting it to do what I want!
