Summer is Here! I love the summer months. {I was inspired by Kelli over at Out My Kitchen Window to make my list of summer loves....}. I don't have school age kids~But, yesterday was the last day of school--here in our district AND I was so excited. Is that totally silly?!
- I love a suntan and the smell of suntan lotion.
- I love sun...yes, I do. {I know....many of you are gasping at the thought of the danger.}
- I love flip-flops. Especially, Yellow Box Flip-flops.
- I love fresh summer fruit. {Love Watermelon}
- I love the smell of fresh cut grass.
- I love cooking out on the grill and sharing it with friends and family.
- I love pool parties.
- I love summer vacation trips. {especially to the beach}
- I love being outdoors in the late evening and visiting with neighbors. (I love that dark doesn't come until 9pm)

Mmmmm...that watermelon looks yummy! Great list! I love being outside in the evening too...but it doesn't get dark until almost
10pm! That makes it hard for the kiddos to get to bed! And...{gasp}...I love the sun too! ;)
great list! i agree with all of those things. i love the way the sun feels when i walk outside. i love our tradition on hot days when we're taking a walk or running an errand to grab an icee pop from the freezer on the way out the door. i love the cookouts and fireworks during the 4th of july. i love the smell of suntan lotion!
Love your list! Mine is very similar! I love the fact that at 8:30 it is still light out in June, I love flip flops (yellow box too but I am recently getting into Chaco), I love the pool and the beach, I love the flowers out everywhere and I love fireflies!
I love trips to the seaside too...and long days, outdoor grilling, growing veggies, warm evenings, no homework and camping!
Girl, I LOVE me some summer. I might just have to join the summer lovin' list!
