Jillian is tough. But, who wouldn't want to look like her?! So, this is my newest fitness adventure. I am using for cross-training to compliment my running plan. It is hard...I won't kid you! Thanks Marci for the shout out! Yes, I would love to look like her! When I lose about 30 pounds, I would love to try the couch to 5 K running program. I started on my own last year, and injured my knee which still hurts every now and then. I figure with less weight, maybe I can handle it then!

I am doing this and also walking/running. I have found such a huge difference in being consistent with it!!
I don't have this video, but I am still working on shredding the weight. I exercise about 5 days per week and gradually the weight is coming off.
I'm so glad you're doing it too! It's a good workout for a short amount of time, don't you think? I need to get motivated and step it up to level 2.
