Shred

Jillian is tough. But, who wouldn't want to look like her?! So, this is my newest fitness adventure. I am using for cross-training to compliment my running plan. It is hard...I won't kid you! It is fun and it only takes 20 minutes. If you are Shredding or want to go over the Rhonda's blog, Down Memory Lane and join in the fun.

Thanks Marci for the shout out! Yes, I would love to look like her! When I lose about 30 pounds, I would love to try the couch to 5 K running program. I started on my own last year, and injured my knee which still hurts every now and then. I figure with less weight, maybe I can handle it then!

I am doing this and also walking/running. I have found such a huge difference in being consistent with it!!

I don't have this video, but I am still working on shredding the weight. I exercise about 5 days per week and gradually the weight is coming off.

I'm so glad you're doing it too! It's a good workout for a short amount of time, don't you think? I need to get motivated and step it up to level 2.
