One of my favorite things about Benjamin's age is new ability to have complete conversations and the funny things he says. Yesterday, I was attempting to explain myself to him and it went something like this:
Me: Okay, if you can be a really good boy-when Georgia-Kate wakes from her nap we will go to the park and play.
Benjamin: Go the park (with a fussy tone)....
Me: When she wakes up..but you have to be really good...play with your toys and no fussing.
Benjamin: (to Allen) We can go to the park and play..but no no no fussing, Daddy.
While I guess he understood...I wasn't exactly giving the directions to Allen. I don't know if he was just trying to comprehend my directions or if he thought Allen might be fussy, too.
