Scripture Memory Book

When I joined up with the the girls over at Living Proof Ministries, to learn more scripture....Beth Moore suggested we buy a small binder of index cards. So...I went on my mission, in hopes of finding a pretty notebook or binder. I thought..."If I can find something pretty to record my scripture in...perhaps I will pick it up and look at it, more often". Whatever, it takes...Right?! Well, I didn't find anything....so I created my own.

The Before
And...After.
I covered the front with black paper and added some ribbon and a few embellishments, from my scrapbooking stash. I used my CRICUT machine to make the letters. It was really easy and fun. I add the year...perhaps, I will complete all 24 verses and start a new book in 2010.

I added a few flowers, on some of the pages.

I am Happy with my book! I think it is Wonderful! Oh...and ladies from All 50 states signed on to complete the Scripture Memory Challenge.
How great is that?!
May I finish this task...
Lord, May the desire of my heart be to learn your Word...Amen.

OH MY GOSH!! Do we have to put bows on everything??!! Georgia-Kate will never want to learn scripture because she already has a fear of bows from those monsters you put on her head:)J/K...No, but seriously...do we have to do this to everything?
