Word for a Wednesday.

I love quotes. I enjoy reading the inspiring words of others.

I am totally sick with some kind of flu or virus. I don't like being sick...not that anyone does, right?! I don't have time to be sick....the laundry is out of control, the kitchen is a mess and I am so afraid that the kids will catch this nasty sickness. And, it is a rainy stormy day!

I found this quote, today....so, if Helen Keller can have this attitude...I can get through a few days of being sick. Right?!

Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved. ~Helen Keller

So sorry you're sick! The worst part IS getting behind with "life" cause it keeps going when we stop! I'll be praying for you!

Ya know...I almost said Patrick for their last name! They were in my Youth group...I worked for the church...Alison was 12 when I met her! Funny thing (really it's God) I've been thinking of her lately...and now I "meet" you.

Yes, Kari was younger than Michelle. I was at OBU with Point of Grace and friends with Shelley & Denise. I have 2 posts about them...you saw the most recent. Their new CD is really good!

My daughter was born there and we lived just east of town. We moved to Colorado soon afterward. She is 13 now. My son is 6 and was born in CO.

Sure hope you feel better soon.

I also really love quotes. I wish I could come up with a really awe-inspiring quote...won't happen! BUT I love reading others' very poetic statements.

I hope you are feeling better soon.

What an inspiring quote. Sometimes that is all I need to get me out a funk.

I am so sorry that you are sick. It seems like everyone is sick right now. Take lots of vitamins and get plenty of rest. I hope you are feeling better real soon!

XOXOXOX
Jen
